How Her Love for Functional Medicine and Nutrition Evolved

Julie's own journey through Functional Medicine began when she was 18 years old, to try and resolve her chronic health symptoms that were elusive to the medical community. Through countless hours of research and a lot of trial and error, her interests grew in finding that certain foods were triggers to symptoms. The more answers she found, the deeper her curiosity took her to learning about how the functionality of the organ systems and adequate nutrition were so closely correlated. After finishing her culinary degrees, she felt compelled to continue her education to be able to share this amazing information with the public, while continuing to heal herself.

With Julie's ability to listen to your health story and connect it to your lifestyle, she's able to provide you with solutions to allow your body to heal itself, what she calls, "achieving optimal WellBeing"!
